We drove several of the top badge brands and decided that Toyota deserved our business again! We chose Allan Nott Toyota based on our past service relationship there as well as a referral from a good friend. Our initial meeting was brief and professional as we set an appointment for a test drive on Saturday morning. Our sales person, Josh Gould, called the night before to confirm everything that we needed to make the most of our visit and time. We arrived and were greeted with enthusiasm and were able to view the Highlander XLE inside the service area already warm and detailed. Josh provided a great introduction to the features and benefits of the vehicle and we were soon on our way for a thorough test drive. Just to make sure the right vehicle, we also drove a warmed up Rav4. Josh helped us to clearly understand the differences of the two vehicles and provided expert direction on colors and options. We had all of our questions answered with complete information and in a very straight forward manner. We took a quick lunch break and came back and purchased the Blizzard Pearl XLE. The car was detailed and thoroughly demonstrated by Krista of the many features. Our complete experience was everything we had hoped it would be. We can enthusiastically recommend Allan Nott and the entire team to our friends. More

Painless and No Pressure I took my 2003 Pilot (235K miles) in for service on an issue that I knew in my heart was fatal. While I was waiting I was looking at new CRV's and HR I took my 2003 Pilot (235K miles) in for service on an issue that I knew in my heart was fatal. While I was waiting I was looking at new CRV's and HRV's. Caitlin approached me in a very casual style and answered questions that I had. She encouraged me, gently, to test drive a vehicle. While I was test driving a new CRV (something I had my mind made up about) the service associate called to give me the somewhat expected, but dreaded, news -- the repairs were more than the car was worth. I was well prepared in regard to what my credit score was and how much I could afford, so I was firm on what I could afford. No worries, as there was no pressure to go beyond my means and I still was able to get the car that I wanted. The honesty of the service department and the ease of doing business with Caitlin was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership, and Caitin specifically! Ladies, she is someone you can work with!! Thank you Caitin, and Allen Nott! I love my new car:-) More

He worked with the financing department to procure better financing than I was able to get through my own bank. The dealership was clean and organized. All of the dealer staff that we had contact with were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
Dead Battery replacement goes smothly On Wednesday, January 13, my 2011 Venza would not start. AAA was called, and I was informed that I needed a new battery. AAA got my Venza started and On Wednesday, January 13, my 2011 Venza would not start. AAA was called, and I was informed that I needed a new battery. AAA got my Venza started and I drove directly to All Nott Toyota/Honda. The service technician confirmed that a replacement battery was needed. I arrived at 4:30 pm and was on the road at 5:30 pm. Best part was that my old battery still had a warranty on it. The battery only cost 50% of the price. I am very pleased with the service at Allan Nott Toyota/Honda, and will continue to have all my car service done here. I am a very satisfied and happy customer. Jean Welch More

When we were ready for something new we of course went back to Allan Nott to deal with Josh who had sold us the Camry. He is very knowledgeable and he explained in detail to us the difference between leasing and buying. We decided to lease the 2016 Honda Accord and I couldn't be happier with our decision. He made the experience fun and easy. The tech expert that helped me learn the in's and out's of the car was also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I do not see her listed but wanted to me sure she received recognition. More
