Very happy with my new CR-V Was not sure what we wanted in a new vehicle ... so went into the experience wanting no high pressure. That's exactly what we got! Amazing Used Car Buying and Customer Service Experience This was my 19 year old son's first car buying experience and he found a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon he was interested in on cars.com. Fortunately, this car This was my 19 year old son's first car buying experience and he found a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon he was interested in on cars.com. Fortunately, this car was located @ the allannotthonda.com dealership because the Allan Nott staff provided the HIGHEST level of service and support possible. My son attends college in Flint Michigan while we (his parents) live in Texas. I was worried UNTIL I realized that my son was in great hands. He had to travel 3 hours to reach this dealership and it was worth every minute. On his drive there, his friend's car experienced mechanical problems. Not only did this dealership stay open for him (even though they had family waiting), they also made his buying experience quick and easy. Thank you Jon Keysor and Miles Byrne for going above and beyond the call of duty so that my son wouldn't return to Michigan empty handed and without a way to get to school. I would recommend, in a heartbeat, these two sales consultants to anyone looking for an AMAZING used or new car buying and customer service experience! More

Normal Service I recently called the dealership for a service appointment and was pleased to get the time that I requested within the same week. I was greeted by nam I recently called the dealership for a service appointment and was pleased to get the time that I requested within the same week. I was greeted by name when I went to see the service writer, Jeff and was told the time would be about an hour. Left my Rav and went home. Jeff called about 1/2 hour later and explained that my front brakes were pretty worn and while I go a bit longer his recommendation was to replace the brake lining which I did. Jeff then gave me the new time for pickup and did call when the service was completed (in the time frame given). Got a complete review of all work done, current status and what might need to be done in the future by Jeff. Great Service. More
