Amber, the Outstanding Sales Consultant!!! Amber was so Superb! Her initial smile and greeting was so warm and pleasant, immediately putting us at ease. Amber explained the features of the vehicle with knowledge and clarity and was so willing to repeat things that we failed to grasp. Our later questions in phone conversations and emails were answered so promptly and again with clarity. A particular red Civic EX Coupe caught my attention that was just being unloaded from the delivery truck and I ultimately agreed to purchase that car. As it was later in the afternoon I was promised the car would be ready for pick up the next day and it was ready for me when I arrived to finalize the purchase. More
