I was very pleased that Honda honored the warranty on the IMA battery even though it had already expired. At first, I thought that I would have to pay the entire cost of the repair. I went in to pick up my Camry after getting detailed to turn it back in. After conversations on various options on walking away from lease or getting into a new one, they were able to get me into a Rav 4, turn it back in. They worked late to get the paperwork done and let me drive it right away. Customer service is #1 with these guys and both Josh and Jason were very friendly right from the start and should be commended for making me feel like part of their family. This is the 3rd vehicle I have gotten from them because buying a car is a great experience here and I have no regrets!! If you want a great vehicle and people who treat you like family and not just another number, come in and check them out! More
