Brought our Honda Pilot in because we had a problem with a dead battery. Drew was wonderful, had his men look over the total electrical system and could find anything wrong. He was absolutely great! I scheduled my 2011 Toyota Venza for service. The vehicle pulled hard to the left. I scheduled my appointment on-line, which is wonderful. It was quick, easy, and I was able to work around my time schedule. Miles was friendly, nice, and had my problem in his computer. He asked if I was going to wait or needed a ride. I waited. The problem was remedied in less than a hour. Miles also gave me a discount on parts and labor. Which was much appreciated. I will continue to have my Venza serviced at Allan Nott. A few days ago I completed my second major transaction with Allan Nott Honda in as many months. I purchased a pre-owned Toyota for my teenage sons and I leased a new Honda Fit for myself. I have purchased or leased vehicles from 8 dealerships in 4 cities in my lifetime, and I can say without hesitation that Allan Nott outshines all the others! George Pulfer was extraordinary in dealing with me for both transactions. And Jason Miller was awesome, also. Never once did I feel pressured, or more importantly, ripped off! I had visited other dealers in town in the last few weeks and not one gave me the time and attention that the folks at Allan Nott afforded me. I have recommended this dealership (and George, specifically) to others already, and I will continue to do so. As long as I am in the Lima area, I can't imagine going anywhere else!!! More

I appreciated that he took the time to listen to what I was looking for/ something I could afford!! No messin' around with something that was way out of my price range! We looked at a few vehicles and I test drove the one that caught my eye. Shawn even let me drive it to McDonald's to meet my daughter for a lunch date that I had previously scheduled! I appologized to him and I told him I would be right back, and that's when he said "would you like to test drive it again without me and go to McDonald's?" I said are you kidding? Am I allowed to do that? So... I thought that was pretty cool! I was extremely pleased with the trade in value given to me for my older jeep!! I can't say enough on this one! Another local dealership gave me an offer and I felt like it was a slap in the face!! And I might say they were not very helpful at all in trying to come up with a payment I could afford!! Come on!! Shawn was awesome- he'd say " we could do this..." and then show me his computer screen, "or could even maybe do this...", and show me the screen again! I was involved in the whole process! AND I had choices!! Forgive me if I'm wrong , but I believe his name was Steve (?) in financing that had the final say in what my payments were gonna be. He did a great job waiting out the banks that made the best offer- KEEPING ME IN MIND AND WHAT I CAN AFFORD! Thank you soooo much!! I was even able to afford a 3 yr warrenty- WOW!! You guys are great! More
