Scheduled the 30,000 mile service. As usual was checked in and processed with the usual efficiency. Was shown two air filters that needed replaced and approved this. Used coupons to bring down the cost o in and processed with the usual efficiency. Was shown two air filters that needed replaced and approved this. Used coupons to bring down the cost of service. Am happy with the service-price of parts seems high compared to what the same part would cost at an auto parts store. Great workmanship-have not had to return the car because of this. More
Lisa is very pleasant ,a good listener and not overly aggressive. The exact Camry I was looking for was not on the lot; however Lisa located one and it was delivered and I picked it up within 24 hours of aggressive. I initially went to Allan Nott because I'd been interested in an Accord for several years, & I'd just seen an ad online regarding a current lease offer on new Accords which looked as if it would ma interested in an Accord for several years, & I'd just seen an ad online regarding a current lease offer on new Accords which looked as if it would make the payment very affordable. I browsed their inventory online & saw an Accord I wanted to test drive & sent an inquiry from their website; Karen Smith got back to me almost immediately (even thought it was Sunday night!) offering to set up an appointment for me to stop in & test drive it as well as have my trade-in evaluated. I went after work the next day, & walking into the dealership I was a little leery because I'd never leased a car & didn't know much about leasing. I met with Tod Ruble first & he assured me that all my questions would be answered & I'd definitely have all the information I needed to make the right decision for me. After gathering some information he set me up with Tom Pseekos in Sales. I met with Tom & he explained all about leasing--he answered all of the (many) questions I had & provided alot of additional information that I hadn't thought to ask about. Then I drove the car & fell in love! I went home & discussed it with my husband, We needed a minor price adjustment due to not having had a car payment in a long time & having just made several home improvements, so I wasn't sure if it was going to happen. Again I was leery going back to negotiate this because in past experiences with other dealerships they've been pretty adamant on both what they'd give for our trade-ins & on the price of the cars we were buying, but Tom's attitude was kind of "let's see what we can do to put you in this car!" He worked with Tod on that & the rest is history--Steve Kowalski did the final Financial paperwork & I went home in the Accord! I LOVE my new car, & at this point our plan is that in three years my husband & I will be heading back to Allan Nott together--for him to buy out the lease on my current one, & for me to lease a new one! I went to Allan Nott after seeing a 2007 Toyota Prius at the back of the lot. I inquired about it and was contacted immediately. I had an appointment made the same day after I got the call and went to tal the back of the lot. I inquired about it and was contacted immediately. I worked with Eric who was incredibly friendly and helpful and I ended up leaving the same day with the car. I was told that I would need an oil change soon and I was even contacted about setting up my appointment for my free oil change within the week. I am a happy buyer and I will definitely recommend Allan Nott to others. More

After I left the dealership with all the paper work I stopped at the BMV in Ft. Wayne, IN to be sure I had the necessary documents to register my Honda. She looked it over and said I needed the Ohio tit stopped at the BMV in Ft. Wayne, IN to be sure I had the necessary documents to register my Honda. She looked it over and said I needed the Ohio title for the vehicle, power of attorney from the leasing company, and she gave me a form that needed to be filled out by Allan Nott Honda. When I pick up the Honda on June 24th I plan to ask them about the missing items. More
I had a very good experience last week when I took my husband's car in for an oil change. Everything went very well and we were very pleased with the way we were taken care of promptly. There was a whole different attitude from the service staff since the last time we were there when staff were very busy doing other things than waiting on customers. As soon as I walked into the service department, a gentleman asked almost immediately if he could help me (sorry, I didn't look at his name and I should have). He was very kind and personable and I felt like he truly was interested in why I was there. When I returned to pick up the car, the same gentleman assisted me and it was a really pleasant experience. In and out in a flash:) He went over each item they did on the car and he assured me the detailing was completed this time since it had been missed on two recent occasions. I was pleased and I thank you for your courteous and excellent service:)))))) More
