I went to Allan Nott after seeing a 2007 Toyota Prius at the back of the lot. I inquired about it and was contacted immediately. I had an appointment made the same day after I got the call and went to tal the back of the lot. I inquired about it and was contacted immediately. I worked with Eric who was incredibly friendly and helpful and I ended up leaving the same day with the car. I was told that I would need an oil change soon and I was even contacted about setting up my appointment for my free oil change within the week. I am a happy buyer and I will definitely recommend Allan Nott to others. More
After I left the dealership with all the paper work I stopped at the BMV in Ft. Wayne, IN to be sure I had the necessary documents to register my Honda. I had a very good experience last week when I took my husband's car in for an oil change. Everything went very well and we were very pleased with the way we were taken care of promptly. There was a whole different attitude from the service staff since the last time we were there when staff were very busy doing other things than waiting on customers. As soon as I walked into the service department, a gentleman asked almost immediately if he could help me (sorry, I didn't look at his name and I should have). He was very kind and personable and I felt like he truly was interested in why I was there. When I returned to pick up the car, the same gentleman assisted me and it was a really pleasant experience. In and out in a flash:) He went over each item they did on the car and he assured me the detailing was completed this time since it had been missed on two recent occasions. Allan Nott service has always been very accommodating. Everyone I interacted with was great! Tracy and Brett helped me get the things done to my van that needed done, Avril helped me get home and Jessica Everyone I interacted with was great! Jamie, Ray, Jason and Tod were very professional to work with. I arrived at the dealership and was able to test drive the car, we then agreed on a price, and completed all the paperwork, and drove away in with. Jamie did a great job of communicating with me via e-mail and getting everything ready, Ray explained the car features and made sure I understood all of the options and helped me set up my preferences and connect my phone and import my contacts. Jason got me in and out of the finance office very quickly. Tod knew the pricing I was looking for, and was able to meet my requirements after other dealerships claimed that they just could not get there. All in all, a very positive experience. I had to drive an hour from my home to get to Allan Nott, after not so positive experiences at my local dealership. Given the professionalism and courtesy I experienced during this visit, I'll start here first next time that I need a car. Thanks Jamie, Ray, Jason and Tod. More
