I had my Odyssey in for some warranty work. Scheduling was easy and everyone I worked was very helpful. The only reason I rated overall experience a 4 instead of 5 is that I had to contact Honda corporat was easy and everyone I worked was very helpful. The only reason I rated overall experience a 4 instead of 5 is that I had to contact Honda corporate to get a rental car included (warranty work scheduled to take 2 days). After contacting Honda corporate, the dealer called and covered the rental car. I think this issue was caused more by Honda corporate and not the dealer. Everything worked out well in the end. More

We have had the car serviced twice since we bought it. The staff is very friendly to us. They showed us around, offered refreshments, and were very helpful.
