Greg and Allan Nott have been extremely helpful for me! I have purchased 3 Honda Accords from them and 2 or the 3 in the past 9 months. Unfortunately I was in an accident with my previous Accord which put I have purchased 3 Honda Accords from them and 2 or the 3 in the past 9 months. Unfortunately I was in an accident with my previous Accord which put me in a situation where I needed a new Accord quickly. I was able to get on Allan Nott's website to look at what was available for me. I seem they had the Accord I wanted so I called them and had everything set up within 15 or 20 minutes! Greg was awesome to work with. He made everything very easy for me to get my new car. The dealership was even grateful enough to come and pick me up so that I wouldn't have to make another trip!! I was extremely appreciative for that! I have has wonderful service from this dealership and will continue to purchase my vehicles from them! Great service from all!! Thanks Greg and Team! More

The service that I received was a tune-up. Although I know they would be just checking to see if there was anything wrong, I didn't realize how expensive it was going to be. It turned out to be $80 more expensive than they had told me it was going to be and the price was already up over $200, which I think is a little steep. Nice staff, comfortable wait, horrible price. Arriving, we were greeted by friendly and professional staff. We brought in information on what were were looking for and soon found Shawn to help us. Learned additional info on the car and the finance officer Steve breezed though the paper work efficiently and Shawn again went over a few things more and set up my blue tooth. I had been thinking about buying a toyota corolla and had been looking around a while. I drove through the lot at Allan Nott and saw my car, test drove it and loved it. I drove through the lot 4 days later and the price had been reduced on this car. So I called Ty and decided to buy it. Ty was an excellent salesman and has done everything to help me. He was awesome about explaining every detail of the car to me on the day I picked it up. I feel like he has gone above and beyond in every aspect when i need something or have a question. I have purchased many vehicles in my life, new and used, but this is the first time I had been to Allan Nott. I am absolutely recommending Allan Nott to my friends and coworkers and I will definitely go back when I need a new car!!! Also, I feel like I need to give a huge recognition to receptionist/secretary Mary Ann. I had talked to her a few days after I test drove the car. She had talked with me about the options of buying or leasing a new vehicle. I was struggling with the idea of keeping my current (high mileage) car or trading in on a new one. Had I not talked to Mary Ann and thought more about it, I would have never driven through the lot a 2nd time. She is VERY informed and knowledgeable. Thanks to all at Allan Nott!! More

Bought a 2010 certified Toyota with 25,000 miles and it is a lemon. They never disclosed it was wrecked I noticed paint over spray when waxing the car 3 months later. At least 3 body parts have been replac is a lemon. They never disclosed it was wrecked I noticed paint over spray when waxing the car 3 months later. At least 3 body parts have been replaced or painted the head light is not aligned correctly now I noticed my windshield washer is not working. The bracket holding the washer fluid is bent from the wreck. When I talked to the sales manager she said that is normal a lot of used cars have been in wrecks. I would not deal with them this certified program is a joke. I can't believe they would choose to put a car that's been wrecked on their lot. They did admit its was wrecked after I bought it. More
