I came in for a routine oil change and to check on noises being made by the braking system. I especially appreciated the way Brian keep me informed when it was discovered that the drive belt would also need being made by the braking system. He was concerned that it would involve a longer waiting time than I had anticipated and was quick to keep me updated on the progress of the servicing. I have worked with Adam Cox twice in the last 3 years to purchase vehicles. In 2009, I decided to move from an Accord to something more utility-like. I had always loved the Ridgelines. I stopped at Allan purchase vehicles. In 2009, I decided to move from an Accord to something more utility-like. I had always loved the Ridgelines. I stopped at Allan Nott on a whim after test driving them elsewhere. I have had service work done at Allan Nott--and always been impressed--but I had never purchased a vehicle from them. Although they did not have what I wanted on the lot, Adam and Tod Ruble were very accommodating in locating what I wanted and negotiating the best deal possible on my 2009 Ridgeline RTS. (I also purchased a used Ford Ranger in the same transaction. I created quite a stir that day). Three and half years later, Allan Nott began contacting me about buying back my Ridgeline. They were not pushy, but I finally got back to them and asked some questions. I decided to head back and see Adam. While I loved my Ridgeline, I really missed my Accord. I arrived on a rainy night knowing that I would want a 2013 Accord EX-L, but I did not know whether I would want a 4 or 6 cylinder. I even knew what color I wanted. Adam did not waste time getting me into those vehicles for a test drive. And Tod was able to get the color, engine, and interior I wanted despite the fact that this exact combination was scarce in a five state area. The negotiations for the final price were fun and fair. When the entire family returned to pick up the car, the paper work with Steve Kowalski was quick, and we were on our way in record time. You also cannot beat Allan Nott's deal of free oil changes for a YEAR. Now that I am back in an Accord (and the 2013 is a fabulous car to drive), I will drive this car for a long time. I told Adam I will have to find him business through friends because I will drive this car a long time. I drove my previous Accord for 11 years and was still in love with it. I appreciate a business that understands how to please a customer. More
I was able to get my van in for service the same day I called. The staff was accomodating to when I wanted to drop the van off and pick it up. I retired a year ago and am excited to travel as well as have some new experiences! I had been driving a 2010 Tahoe, but realized since I retired just how much it was draining my finances to buy gasoline! I have some new experiences! I did some research and consulted Consumer Reports....I decided on the Camry Hybrid. I was familiar with the Allan Nott dealership as I had a CRV and an Accord many years ago. I filled out the questionnaire online, was contacted by Brian Barhorst and made an appointment to come and test drive the Camry. Wow!!! I expected a high pressure fast talking "used car salesman" approach but experienced a very professional, informative and helpful individual who wanted to make sure I got the vehicle that fit my needs! Mark Youngpeter (Our Salesman) took us out for a test drive and answered all of our questions. We test drove a Pilot at least fourty-five minutes. After getting back, we were set on getting one. Mark worked hard for us to get a good trade in value for our car and a good price for our Pilot. Bob White Sr. talked to us and kept us entertained while Mark was trying to get us taken care of through out our buying process. We had a vibration on the rear passanger side wheel after leaving their facility in a differant Pilot than we drove. We would have turned around and went right back but we were there after hours finishing up our business. Jessica Randall (Service Manager) on the Monday after ,assured us they would get it taken care of. It did take a couple of days to get the problem taken care of after first balancing the tires which helped some, then replacing the tires with another new set of which took care of our problem. Also want to Thank I think Greg is the mechanics name for staying calm with us and taking care of us and taking the time to ride with me to hear about our concerns with our vehicle. Also, a big Thanks to Jessica for getting a rental car for us to borrow and not rent in our time without our vehicle so soon. Steve Kowalski (Finance Manager) has answered all of our questions and made sure we understood what was going on before we left and a couple of calls since then. Last thing, Mark wanted to know how things were going with our vibration until we were satisfied with the end result. I can honestly say that I can not remeber anyone or any company working this hard not to only sell their products and themselves and showing it the whole time and did not show signs of misleading us at all. My Pilot needed a 100,000 mile service. After just about every belt, fluid and plug was replaced as part of routine service, I whole-heartedly appreciated the detail service that was added in. We experienced Allan Nott dealership in 2005 when we purchased our new Honda. A year later we were back to purchase our new Honda CRV. With teenagers and driving, we felt great giving our daughter the purchased our new Honda. A year later we were back to purchase our new Honda CRV. With teenagers and driving, we felt great giving our daughter the 05 Honda Civic and decided to purchase another Honda Civic in 2012. Recently, my daughter totaled our 05 Civic and we were left to shop for a used car to replace. Not feeling good about used cars, as we have always bought new, we decided to look into the possibility of purchasing a new vehicle. With the expertise of Adam & Josh, we decided to make the purchase of a New Toyota RAV4. We are very pleased with every experience at Allan Nott...they go above and beyond making the car buying experience a most pleasurable one! Definately will continue shopping at Allan Nott! More
