My wife and I had never bought or driven a Toyota until about 4 years ago. When went to the dealership the first time we met Josh Gould. He was very friendly. Just recently I got my oldest son to lease a vehicle from Allan Nott, also. The biggest suprise my wife and I received happen a couple of months ago when Josh called us at home and said, "How would you like to get a new Hylander for about the same payment and a $500 gas card." We thought there had to be a catch. We did go in and sure enough we went home with a new leased Hylander. It was the first time I think that something that sounded to good to be true turned out to be true. I think from that moment on I totally trust Josh and I know he will take good care of us in the future. More

I bought a new Accord a little over a year ago from Josh. He was very professional and courteous with me. The Honda that I bought was not very "optioned out" and that was the way I wanted it and Josh didn't He was very professional and courteous with me. In fact, he never pressured me at all like most dealers do. Josh even offered to let me take a brand new car home for the weekend to make sure that it was what my wife and I wanted. instead of sales pressure, Josh had total confidence in the product to sell itself. Also, he will follow up after the sale, making sure everything is satisfactory. In closing Josh and the Allan Nott dealership are in my opinion a very top notch operation. My wife and I were talking that we should start looking for a new vehicle and ask me to pull in to Allan Nott and see what they have. I stayed in the vehicle as she looked around the lot. Shawn came to my for a new vehicle and ask me to pull in to Allan Nott and see what they have. I stayed in the vehicle as she looked around the lot. Shawn came to my vehicle introducing himself as I pointed him in the direction of my wife as she is looking for a vehicle. She had him bouncing car to car which finally ended at a Honda Fit. Not my choice from the outside; however, totally surprised to the room on the inside. Shawn was very professional and answered or got answers to out questions very quickly. He displayed exceptional knowledge of the vehicles we looked at giving the xxxxxxand con's of each vehicle to our needs. Our needs pointed us to the Fit and it has been a wonderful car for us. We have a Prius and a Venza. We started dealing with Allan Nott when they were still located east of Lima. We are still dealing with them because the cars are super and their service is quick and accur Allan Nott when they were still located east of Lima. Last week I discovered one of my headlights was out on the Prius so I went to the service department and they quickly changed the bulb and I was on my way. I love my Prius. It holds four adults with everyone having plenty of room, It drives super and of course it averages about 45MPG in town and 48 on the highway. More

In 2007 we purchased a new Camry from Tom Pseekos. In 2011 we decided to purchase a second car. We felt we were treated so good by Tom that we went back to Allan Nott and requested to deal with him.
