Several months back I was putting a lot of research into buying a sports car. I had several cars on my list that I wanted to check out, but every time I went to a dealer to give one a test drive I'd be trea buying a sports car. I had several cars on my list that I wanted to check out, but every time I went to a dealer to give one a test drive I'd be treated rudely and the dealers didn't seem to take me seriously (I'm assuming because I'm still young and I'd show up in just some jeans and a t-shirt). I would always have a terrible test drive (if I got to drive it at all) and the dealer would never allow me to get a feel for the car. I imagine they thought I was just there for a joy ride and would never come back. Well, I didn't go back, because I was treated like a punk and I didn't appreciate it. However when I went to Allan Nott and talked to Brian about the upcoming Scion FR-S (it hadn't come out stateside yet) he immediately took me seriously and treated me with courtesy and respect. Even after I had expressed interest in the possibility of buying two cars Brian always gave me the benefit of the doubt and took me at my word. That went a long way with me. Brian said he'd put my name at the top of the list and told me he'd let me know what was going on as soon as he knew. It was a couple of months before Allan Nott got their first FR-S on the lot and Brian had kept in touch with me via e-mail to let me know when it was expected and called me immediately after it arrived on the truck. That night I went over for a test drive and Brian let me go out on some country roads and open her up a bit, letting me get a feel for how the car handled around curvy roads. Honestly, the car pretty much sold itself, but Brian was there to make me feel comfortable and ensure that I got the best possible experience with the car. Even after I dropped a bomb on Brian by telling him that I was looking at possibly buying a Porsche Cayman instead, he never got angry or pushy, and encouraged me to make the right choice for myself. The only real sales 'push' he made was to say "The Porsche is a great car, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed if that's your choice, but I can save you about $40,000 if you decide you want to go with the FR-S". He was right. The FR-S is a very special car at a very special price, and I really didn't feel like going to another Porsche dealership only to be crapped on by some pompous xxxxx. So, when I finally made my decision and told Brian that my choice was the FR-S, he worked his butt off to find me exactly what I wanted at a time when they were hard to come by! I'm immensely happy with my purchase! And I feel so lucky to have found a dealer that made the joy of buying a new car actually joyous! And when I'm ready to buy another car I'll definitely be giving Brian Barhorst a call! More

Being farther away from the dealer, I spoke with Tom prior to coming to the salesroom. He understood what I was looking for and said - I have the van that you are looking for. John recently helped my mother purchase a new CRV. I have had the privilege of dealing with Josh Gould on two different vehicles. The first was a lease on a 2005 Toyota Camry and the second time was the purchase of my 2008 Honda Accord. On both occasions, Josh was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He in no way tried to pressure me on making any decisions and provided me with all of the information I needed to make a decision on my own. I was very pleased with both my lease car and the Honda I purchased, which I still own. The next time I am in the market for a new Honda, I will definitely be contacting Josh! Also, I cannot say enough about the wonderful service I get at this dealership. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they complete your car service in a very timely fashion. I appreciate the courtesy driver when needed. I have never felt "ripped off" on the service of my car and have never experienced any issues with the quality of work done on my auto.
