I needed to purchase a new vehicle, because my Son would soon be driving and I had promised to give him my car. So I went to Toyota to see what I could purchase. They were very kind to my brother and I had made up my mind when it was time, I would go back and purchase mine. Well, I went there, not ready to buy, but after talking with my Sales Person, I ended up leaving with my new 2012 Venza and I love it. Brian was a great help, he made me realize that I work and I deserve to have a nice car. My intentions were to buy a car with a steering wheel and air condition, and just keep it simple. Going through the change of life you just need it simple. After dealing with Mr. Barhorst, I left with a nice car. He even went the extra mile and had a car brought to me from some other Dealership to see if I liked this one. And boy did I, it had all the luxuries on it. I have been enjoying my Venza since July. Brian took the time to explain to me how each function work,(not that I remember) he hooked my phone to the system, and when I got a new phone he added the new phone without and reservation. I managed to disable a button and my back lift wouldn't open, brought it back to him, and he showed me the mistake that I made and got me going again. He programmed my radio station to my favorite channels, and has answered questions over the phone. If he didn't have the answer, he was sure to get back to me. Again, I appreciated his kindness, patience; Brian was very respectable, courteous and very well dressed and presentable.
