Now, there were other cars I was looking at that were priced a little lower, but Whitten Brothers was the best "deal" all things considered (quality of vehicle, warranty, customer service, management standing by their dealership, etc.). Whitten reached out to schedule a test drive and to request that I email my driver's license and current insurance. I arrived for my test drive and the car was ready to go with the A/C on. No waiting!!!! After I completed my test drive, I discussed numbers with Mo and Ron. I was not prepared to purchase then and there, and they did not try any funky tactics to make the sale that day. They followed up with email and I was able to email back on my proposed purchase price. We agreed and set up a time to close on the deal. I completed my paperwork, provided down payment, and drove off in my new car. Overall it was my best new car purchase experience. More

Our sales consultant- Melvin - was very helpful ensuring through the test drive process that my daughter was actually comfortable with the car. Closure of the process was fairly smooth and fast. Like other dealerships, they did try to sell add-ons, but were not too pushy. In my case- I had to go back to get an add-on installed after purchase of the car. Dealership did provide me a good price and prompt service. Overall a prompt, smooth and pleasant experience. More
