Electronic & Transmission Warranty Issues Took truck in for service because of electronic messages on my radio/phone/nav systems telling me to contact dealership. In addition, I've been having Took truck in for service because of electronic messages on my radio/phone/nav systems telling me to contact dealership. In addition, I've been having problems with vehicle shifting to and from over drive. They upgraded software on radio that somehow fixed all issues for two days, however on the 3rd day resurfaced. As a result My Service Adviser, Tracy Boone was able to get it diagnosed quickly and the tech determined my system needed replaced. As far as the transmission goes, my truck was test driven, but in city where the problems don't exist. It usually only happens after driving at speeds over 55 for a longer period of time. Unfortunately, I have to wait until my transmission starts to fail more frequently costing me additional revenue in gas mileage. Truck went from HWY average of 21.5 MPG to 17 MPG. More

I bought my previous two vehicles from her. She is smart, nice and knows exactly how to deal with people. (I am not the easiest customer.) through several conversations and a few visits, she found the truck I wanted and then I talked to Jeff, who I believe is a sales manager. Jeff was also just as awesome. He was nice and very helpful. He was very transparent in our conversations. (Which you dont always have at car dealerships) Then came time to sign the papers with Hope. Hope was great also. The paperwork was pre-done so I was not there for very long. She was very knowledgeable and very sweet. My advice to people going here, please ask for these people. You will not be disappointed. I wont buy another vehicle from any other dealership or person. Those three make a great team and provide a great experience. More
