There are several things I like about Whitten such as convenience to my home, efficient and speedy service, and a non-aggressive pleasant purchasing experience. I particularly like working with your salesman Larry "Baseball" Cupp. He had sold me my last Grand Cherokee which I purchased in 2012. I like and trust Mr. Cupp "Baseball" so much that 7 years later, I insisted on working with him again in deciding on a specific vehicle and making the purchase. Once again "Baseball" made the experience stress free and pleasant. He is an outstanding employee and an asset to Whitten. More

Very relaxed atmosphere We arrived and were warmly greeted by Kevin. We had already done our research and had a particular vehicle in mind to see and test drive. We reviewed We arrived and were warmly greeted by Kevin. We had already done our research and had a particular vehicle in mind to see and test drive. We reviewed the vehicle on line and found the vehicle then proceeded for the test drive. Kevin took as much time as we needed to show us the features and operation of the Jeep. All of this only took about and hour and a half and things were moving along pretty quickly, then it seemed someone jammed on the brakes. It took over 2.5 hours waiting on the finance people to close the deal. We were a little disappointed in the time it took to finish the deal but Kevin was very enjoyable and helpful to work with and in the end we are very happy with our new Jeep. More

Great Service I have a Ram and a Mazda and have enjoyed great service from Whitten Brothers. Their staff is excellent from write-up to follow-up after the repair. I I have a Ram and a Mazda and have enjoyed great service from Whitten Brothers. Their staff is excellent from write-up to follow-up after the repair. I drive the extra 30 minutes to Whitten as I have found they seem to care about my needs without the pressure to buy. I often wait, and it seems many other customers also wait and I have never seen an upset customer. When the repair requires extended time, I have been given alternate transportation and then receive excellent follow-up by phone of the on-going repair work. Great people and highly recommend them for your service needs. More

Kevin and the red magic school bus Kevin was great! He told you the features but want a pushy sales person! I also enjoyed the upfront pricing and even the upfront trade in values. They also found new a better interest rate then USAA, which is not easy. It took a while but that was not surprising ... we asked a lot of questions and he always had or got the answer.
