I contacted Willie with these and he said let me see what I can do. He called back the next day and said I got what you want. We drove up to get it and the look of excitement in my wife's eyes as Willie gave her a tour of her new Jeep Grand Cherokee and answered all her questions, was a sight to behold. He was friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth, and open and honest about everything! He wasn't afraid to ask question and let my 14week pregnant self eat nearly all of his snacks! (Pregnancy metabolism is no joke). The only issue we had was we had a set price point and when we went to do the financing the man we were working with, although he was extremely friendly and worked hard to get us a good deal, his mood seemed to flip a complete 180° when we asked to remove all the extra features to bring our pricepoint back to where we needed it. At some points he was even disrespectful of our decision and talked down to us. After we asked him to remove everything he was cold and just rushed to get us out of his office. Our experience with him did not negate the positive experience we had before and after going in his office though, I just won't bother wasting his time in the future. If you need a new set of wheels, don't waste your time and just go straight to Whitten Brothers, and ask for Kevin!! More

2019 Pacifica I approached the dealership as I had prior experience with Dodge vehicles and as I needed a new vehicle staying with the same brand seemed logical. Interacting with Trevon; he helped me find the perfect vehicle meeting my current needs. The whole interaction was pleasant, he was patient with all of my questions and took the time to decipher what I wanted from the new vehicle. The final option took me away from Dodge's but provided me with a vehicle matching all of my needs that were necessary to meet.
