A Perfect Car Buying Experience Walking in to Whitten Brothers to look at new cars was a little nerve-racking. Although within 3 seconds we were greeted by an employee, Allen Stewar Walking in to Whitten Brothers to look at new cars was a little nerve-racking. Although within 3 seconds we were greeted by an employee, Allen Stewart, and immediately made to feel at ease as he asked what kind of car we were interested in. He introduced us to Curtis Smith, who would help us narrow down our choices. Curtis was so easy going, knowledgeable and patient with us as we decided which car fit our family best. We then moved through the finance process with precision. Our visit ended with Allen thanking us for choosing Whitten and Curtis giving us one last overview of the new Jeep we were so excited to buy. A great buying experience! I had contacted a couple of Jeep dealerships prior to stopping by Whitten Jeep. When I stopped buy I was browsing the lot when one of the managers saw I had contacted a couple of Jeep dealerships prior to stopping by Whitten Jeep. When I stopped buy I was browsing the lot when one of the managers saw me and asked if he could help. I told him that I was interested in the particular Wrangler that I was looking at and he took me to one of the sales people. Well the sales person that he introduced me to ( Monty Baker ) could not have been any better. It took us two days to put a deal together ( I can be a little difficult at times ) but we came to a agreeable deal for the two of us. Monty was not at any time pushy and was willing to help in any way. He is a definite asset to the dealership. Once the deal was put together all of the other contacts were also very pleasant to deal with and they found me a great interest rate also. All and all it would be difficult to find a dealership where everything went any smoother than it did at Whitten. I have already recommended them to other people. More

This time I was not on the lot 5 minutes before I was asked if I needed assistance. Melvin Roberts was very helpful and made my initial visit very pleasant although I was buying from Jeep and he was a Mazda salesman. He did alot of the leg work and assisted me in getting what I wanted brought over from the Ashland location. Then next day Monty Baker took over and continued the great service. The rest of my experience went well, I had questions and they all took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my decisions.Great job fella's, I appreciate it. Pat More
