New Sales Update
We are all in this together & no one is currently having an easy go at it. We have made the decision, for now, to stay open with adjusted protocols & processes. Our team has been given the option to stay home if they choose to do so & we have heightened every level of sanitization within our business. The last thing anyone wants to do is worsen this scenario & we will reassess routinely. We’d like to encourage our customers to purchase in a manner that will provide a positive experience while simultaneously protecting you & our team.
First, we’ve asked every team member to cease any physical contact with guests. The most obvious example of this is the handshake. Please help us by participating with this as we are accustomed to greeting everyone with a warm handshake & a smile.
Second, we want to help you complete as much of the buying process virtually as is possible. This will allow us to minimize interpersonal contact, traffic through our business, & ultimately exposure while still providing you with the opportunity to purchase a vehicle & our team the opportunity to work. Virtual Vehicle Tours: We can shoot videos that we will tailor to any specific requests you may have. We can also facetime or skype if you would prefer a live, interactive experience.

By taking advantage of this, you help us minimize face to face time by significantly reducing the time you will need to spend in store.

We have purchased 2 Mazda's CX9's, one in 2010 which was totalled in an accident and another replacement CX9 in 2012. We also leased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler all with Margaret Hall's assistance. We will continue to work with Margaret in the future. We are very pleased with Whitten Bros of Richmond. Margaret has always gone above and beyond assisting us and we can't imagine working with anyone else. We also have had an excellent experience with Whitten Bros service department. I really enjoyed my experience buying my new 2012 Dodge Charger from Whitten Brothers. I initially wanted a used car, but was disappointed to find out it had been sold. John showed me the 2012 Dodge Char Charger from Whitten Brothers. I initially wanted a used car, but was disappointed to find out it had been sold. John showed me the 2012 Dodge Charger that I would end up purchasing and was really glad things turned out the way they did.
