Bill was great, he did not have me tramp around the lot looking at SUVs I didn't want, but rather researched my specs, found what I was looking for, we walked right out to it and it was perfect! The entire time he filled me in on details and options and assorted niceties that were new to me. Then, even better, he got me an awesome deal on my trade-in!
