Bill was great, he did not have me tramp around the lot looking at SUVs I didn't want, but rather researched my specs, found what I was looking for, we walked right out to it and it was perfect! The entire time he filled me in on details and options and assorted niceties that were new to me. Then, even better, he got me an awesome deal on my trade-in! Everybody from start to finish from the salesman Bruce barbecue to the finance manager to the manager behind the counter to the other sales people everybody was very very pleasant treated us with respect and courtesy. Also we had our children with us the night my wife bought her Jeep and they went out of their way to treat our children super friendly and make sure that they had all kinds of little things and what not it was just a great experience. I myself have personally bought roughly seven to eight vehicles from dealerships and have never experiencedsuch a well-rounded experience as I did or should I say as we did at whitten Brothers of Midlothian. They go above and beyond before during and after the sale. We purchased a remote start for my wife's Jeep Cherokee latitude which had to be shipped and then installed later we couldn't seem to make a time that suited us with their time frames so they actually sent somebody to my wife's work with a vehicle for her to drive and picked up my wife's Jeep Cherokee in did the install. Now that's service with a smile. I just can't say enough good things about the staff the pricing and the service. I say this with the utmost confidence ingenuine tone you're not going to find a better dealership. Look around online help yourself all you want at the end of the day you'll end up at whitten Brothers purchasing vehicles. I spent many many nights and days online looking at the longhorn edition Rams and know where could I match the price that they gave me on the rain with no haggle. This has been an awesome experience.
