I had to have a recall issue addressed and Cheryl was AMAZING to work with. By far the best service representative I have dealt with in many years. Excellent service department! We were on a long trip taking our son back to college when something went wrong with our vehicle. We were able to limp it into your service department and Coley K. set us u taking our son back to college when something went wrong with our vehicle. We were able to limp it into your service department and Coley K. set us up with a loaner and got our car into service. We were back on the road in less than a 1/2 hour. The problem was taken care of and Coley called me at least 4 times to let me know the status. I wish we lived closer because I wouldn't go anywhere else. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! More
