Lex Frahm was great to work with on the purchase of the 2015 Chevy Impala. Being from out of state I was concerned it would be a major hassle to complete the purchase. He had the car ready for my test drive when I arrive. 2 . He gave me enough time to test drive the car in both city and expressway conditions. 3. I did have some questions about the cars performance and Lex was quick to get with the service department to provide the proper traction control settings to meet my driving style. 4. I did not buy the car during my initial visit and test drive. After reviewing some other vehicle options I determined this car had all of the options and features i had been looking for years. 5. I contact Lex from my Schaumburg, Illinois location and let him know I wanted to purchase the car. Lex was able to have the Dealership hold the car until I could return in a couple of days. 6. The purchasing process went smoothly. The entire staff at Wilde East Towne Honda was friendly and professional. I also appreciate the good coffee selections they provided while I waited for all the paperwork to be completed. 7. After the purchase was completed, Lex reviewed all of the setting adjustments to make sure I was comfortable on the drive home. 8. During the review of the settings, we found that the tire pressure was a little low on all 4 tires. Lex was quick to have me pull the car into one of the service bays and brought the pressure up to the 35 PSI I requested. After I got it home I inspected all of the tires and they were all at the proper pressure. The low pressure is a common problem with ambient air temperature changes. The 9. Silas was very helpful with my purchase of the 2016 Honda CRV. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered many questions I had regarding the vehicle during the test drive. The only critique I would have with Silas is about the test drive. I noticed a bad vibration when braking. Silas told me it was not a problem as it was likely dust in the brake lines. After I bought the vehicle and drove it a few days, the vibration didn’t get any better. I called the service manager who told me to come in right away and they would fix the issue at no charge and I was given an HRV loaner vehicle for the day. The overall experience was wonderful! More

I was at the dealership tonight to take delivery of my new car. When the finance manager came out all of a sudden all the numbers were different and the price of the car was way lower but it had all this new car. We only wanted the pro pack and lifetime oil. Also the rate was insane and we know we definitely qualify for something lower then what was offered. When we tried to explain to him this is not what we agreed upon he stormed off and left us sitting there for 30 mins while we could hear him fighting with his coworkers. He came back still with the products there and the rate super high and now my payment only slightly higher than agreed still. He wouldnt listen to us so we left. He was extremely rude almost like we were a hassle for trying to purchase a vehicle there. My salesman was great the most helpful I've ever had and the first two sales managers on Monday were amazing but Jesse made it feel like we were the ones privileged that we were working with him and that we had to listen to him and that just left me with a bad feeling about him. More
