Quick, easy, straight forward and good experience I had already decided on car, model and make and called this dealer to ask what price they were willing to offer me the car for. Conor looked around for me and found it being detailed because it was just traded in a few days prior. Brought the car out, was able to take a test drive, and had the car bought shortly thereafter. I was under a time crunch since I had to go to work, but Conor keep things going smoothly. While I was getting the finance papers signed, he was out getting the last of the detailing done and filling it with gas. The finance department made the whole process painless and easy. Wilde East Towne has really changed my view of what a car dealership is and what they do to get you as a customer. More

My first interaction was last winter when my air conditioner went out (yes in Texas it was very warm). With Randy's help and advice we waited until we were back in town and he helped us out at a much lower cost than they were asking in Texas. He even gave me a new loaner car. Came back to fix needed for the air and again I just drove right in and got another loaner. All who I talked with were so pleasant and I felt they genuinely wanted to help. I was given a 2015 CRV for over a month as a loaner, to wait for the airbag fix. Then I started looking at new used with Erica and Mikel. They seemed like family by the time I traded in my older CRV for a 2015 CRV. Quality of customer care is exceptional. Thanks to a great team you had me sold! Judy More
