Amazing Experience! Not what I was expecting. I was greeted on the lot while looking at cars and to be honest I was hoping I would go unnoticed as I did not want to feel pressure to buy as I am st I was greeted on the lot while looking at cars and to be honest I was hoping I would go unnoticed as I did not want to feel pressure to buy as I am still unsure what direction I want to go with my next vehicle purchase. Mike approached and must have read my mind and said "Dont worry I bet your just looking and was hoping I wouldn't bother you, I'm just happy you didn't make me have to chase after you like everyone else has today because my feet hurt" I couldn't help but smile and laugh and say you read my mind. Mike introduced himself and welcomed me to Wilde and simply said he completely understands and handed me his card and asked if I was looking for anything in particular or if I had any questions . I had a few and Mike answered them and explained the layout of the lot and showed me the stock number decal on the cars and explained the Honda Pre-owned Certified warranty and asked if I needed any paper and pen to take notes for my research. Mike went inside to his desk and brought me a pad of sticky notes and a pen and even a bottle of water. He told me to write down the stock numbers of anything I had an interest in and that he would leave me to kick some tires and do my research in peace and would check on me in a little bit and if I had any questions or needed keys to let him know. After about a half hour I had narrowed my choices down and found Mike and he showed me the carfax and details on each car that eleviated some of my concerns about needed maintenance or repairs by showing me the repair order and what was done to the car to prepare it for sale. Just so happened the Accord I liked the most had new tires, new brakes and rotors and Mike said perfect choice and calculated the warranty coverage I would have with the Honda certified warranty and offered me a test drive. Mike pulled the car up and showed me the car and even showed me the engine and let me know that the washer fluid was all I would need to concern myself with and showed me it's location. Mike asked if I was familiar with the area and let me know that he would be happy to go along or that if I felt more comfortable going by myself he would not hold that against me or charge me any more. Lol Mike let me know that the dealership was open until 8pm and that he felt it was important that I spend some time in the car to make sure it was right for me, and all I hoped and dreamed of in my next car and that it had a full tank of gas so it's was up to me. I took it to show my Dad at his work and showed him the carfax and repair order and the Certified Pre-owned warranty booklet Mike provided and my Dad was impressed and liked the car as well. Needless to say I am the proud owner of a beautiful Honda Accord and I could not be more happy with how Mike treated me and made the fears I had of car shopping a thing of the past. This is what the experience should be like. Stress free, fun, relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone at Wilde was friendly and easy to work with. Very pleasant experience! We're probably not unique buyers in this regard, but we were cruising the Wilde East Towne Honda lot one Sunday afternoon. No, let me back up... at a gathering of about 100 people, [Wilde Salesperson] Mike Wills picked up on a casual comment we made about it "getting to be time to change vehicles one of these next couple months." Because it wasn't really the best time to talk business, he invited us to drive through the lot next time we were on the eastside. We did so on a Sunday (purposely). Monday morning Mike called Jerry with a personal invitation to come in and talk --"no pressure, I promise" -- as we had questions regarding leasing vs. owning. We made an appointment with Mike and ended up trying out a 2016 Honda Odyssey! Mike knew his inventory as well as what the next few days might bring vehicle-wise, along with the Madison market 'like the back of his hand, as they say. We absolutely loved the car, but it was an Elite--somewhat beyond the price we had budgeted. So, he sent us home with an EX-L. It fit, perfectly!!! After negotiating an acceptable price, including an acceptable trade, we made an appointment to close on Friday. There you are... from beginning to delivery, it was less than 5 days! Also, we liked the method Wilde used to assess credit worthiness. After Mike had their Used Car Manager look at our car and ballpark a trade-in value, he discussed the various ancillary services they offered. Again, he did a great job but without pressure. He then introduced us to an F & I person, who after a brief overview, set us up to complete an application online. While I did this, Mike "disappeared", but remained on the sales floor to make sure we weren't left to sit and wait for someone to remember we were there. Then off Jerry and I went to a private office where we went over the 'hard' numbers. We were impressed with the knowledge and efficiency of the new-to-Madison (but not new to Wilde) financial rep as well as the assistance provided by a woman who was more experienced. NOTE: Never did she project a sense of seniority; the gentleman welcomed her assistance in making sure all the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed. I'm sure I've omitted some other details that contributed to our experience, but be aware that on all levels, we give Wilde East Towne Honda a "5"! More

I tried Wilde East Towne Honda for a used car for my daughter based on experience with Wilde Honda. They have kept the same customer centered easy to work with and deal with in my lifetime. Great salesman, Conner Kuhnau, he is not a fast talker, game player, slick willy salesman but an experienced, helpful, upfront and a great to deal with young man. leasing a Honda Fit HI, I haven't had a new car for 12 years. I have a older pickup which was my daily driver for 12 years. I still need a truck but facing a expensive A/C repair I decided it was fine for those times I have to have a pickup but I didn't want to put so much money into it anymore. With that in mind I came upon the idea of getting a fuel efficient car for most of my driving. The first dealer I went to, demonstrated all those tricks we've come to know that dealers can do. After hanging around there awhile to see this I went to Wilde Honda. Alex Boeger came outside promptly to see if he could help me. I told him what I was going thru so far and he promised me I wouldn't see that here. And how right he was. I test drove a Honda Fit since this was on the top of my list. The Honda Fit is better then I had imagined. I now have leased a 2016 Honda Fit. Why can't all dealerships and salesmen be like this. Thanks Alex More
