Fun, knowledgeable employees made process quick & easy! Valerie helped me get my Honda Odyssey in the same day for new tires even though they had a tight schedule. I mentioned that I was considering a trade, so she recommended I talk to Scott. The next thing I know Phil (who covered for Scott) was helping me & my 4 assistants (ages 9,8,7,5) look at new Odyssey's and crunch numbers. After bags of popcorn, bottles of water & a quick hour passing, my crew voted for the silver Odyssey! I was able to come in the next day solo & go through the paperwork with Brent to make sure that everything fit my family's needs. Scott made the process so easy & his follow-through was amazing! I am appreciative of the TEAM effort displayed by Wilde East Towne Honda & I will continue to do business here in the future. More

Selected Customer Service We have purchased 2 cars from Wilde and had decent experiences, but things have gone down hill. About 3 months ago, we went in for a car wash. Phil We have purchased 2 cars from Wilde and had decent experiences, but things have gone down hill. About 3 months ago, we went in for a car wash. Phil really wanted us to trade out of our CRV (purchased from them). We gave him very strict parameters such as specific amount we wanted to put down, how much we would pay per month, and at what trim level. Phil had a different salesman then our normal one call back to tell us the only option was to go up in payment and down in miles/month. We called our salesman, Nathan, and left a message. He didn't call back. We saw an advertisement for a sale about a week later and spoke with Nathan who said he would talk to the managers and get back to us. Never heard from him. We have since decided that we are ready to trade out our CRV. We called and spoke with Eric, who said he would call us back before he left that night. Never heard back. We have been in a few times since for car washes and oil changes and no one has said a word again about trading us out; always said hello and addressed us by name so they know who we are and what we are looking to do. It seems that they are extremely pushy when they want the trade but when it is on the customer's terms, they just don't care. Or maybe it is selective customer service. We have raised eyebrows on a few things during our previous purchases so maybe they are choosing not to sell to us again. Either way, we will not purchase another vehicle from Wilde. More
