Just walking in, I could not have been more impressed with the showroom This was my first visit to Wilde but my third Honda vehicle that I've owned. Just walking in, I could not have been more impressed with the showroom or the way I was greeted by the staff. I was welcomed by my sales person, Scott Jensen, and I was immediately impressed with the way he greeted me and my daughter. After introductions, he began asking questions about what I was looking for and even involved my daughter into the conversation. There was no pressure to buy and it didn't even feel like he was trying to sell me anything, rather he was there to help me decide which SUV met my needs, and maybe more importantly, my budget. His knowledge of the Honda lineup and all of the different features available helped me find the perfect vehicle for us (a CR-V). When explaining all of the features in my car, he answered every question that I had and even told me to give him a call if any other questions came up down the road. When we were ready to leave he even said goodbye to my daughter by name and told her to call him when she starts driving (in 5 years).....which made her smile. Then he even suggested some areas in Madison for us to visit while we were in town. The whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic and I will recommend both Scott and Wilde to everyone. It was a good experience, I was able to trade in my old Honda Civic for a new Honda Fit and could not be happier. There were only two things out of the whole process that I did not like. Both having to do with Finance, one is that they push package maintenance deals, and second when I asked how they got the agreed upon value of the vehicle the finance guy did not know. In his defense he offered to bring someone in to explain it to me and I declined, but do feel he should know the answer. Other than that everything was great. More
