Just came to look and ended up with a 2015 Odyssey My Brother was a service trainer for American Honda in Portland Oregon. He ran the Honda service training center in Portland and Hawaii for years. He always wanted me to own a Honda vehicle, being 30 miles from Madison and on the East side at that I always told him I was not going to drive to the West side of Madison for service. Now that there is a very good Honda dealer on the East side I am loving owning a Honda. My Brother would be proud, he passed away three years ago. He lived and breathed Honda cars. As soon as I stepped in I was helped. Nick Moderson shook my hand and listened attentively to my worry about my vehicles check engine light that had reported a possible transmission problem. Checked the fluid right in front of me and let me know what he thought it could be. When I came back the following day to pick it up he went over the bill with me and even went into detail on part cost vs labor. The work was done well and in a timely manor, the car performs like it used too, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was not overwhelmed with my estimate and total cost of repair. Not only will I continue to bring my vehicle here, but I will now only purchase Honda vehicles, and any future vehicle that I might purchase will be from Wilde East Towne Honda. More

Honda Pilot Service We have worked with Cheryl Romo from the beginning since we started servicing our Honda Pilot at Wilde East Towne Honda. She most recently helped us a great deal as we worked out an insurance claim on our rear window on our Pilot. She quickly obtained a part for us, which initially was on "backorder" nationwide. Cheryl was able to obtain the part and have it installed within 3 days of my initial contact with her! Fantastic service and took pictures for the insurance company to back up pictures I took. Always a positive person to deal with and has been a pleasure to work with in the Service department for the past couple years.
