From the long-distance internet price negotiations with Leticia and Shawn, to the young man (last name Jackson), who picked me up at the airport, the experience was extremely professional and well orchestrated. Leticia's after-service texts to make sure I had arrived back in Kentucky safely during inclement weather went above and beyond expectations. I must say the enthusiasm of my driver from the airport set an expectation of excellance when I arrived. Great, personable customer service—best Madtown dealership I'll start this by saying I trust no one who's looking to sell me anything as big as a car. That said, I've grown to have a great deal of appreciation I'll start this by saying I trust no one who's looking to sell me anything as big as a car. That said, I've grown to have a great deal of appreciation for the respect and professional courtesy the folks at Wilde East Town Honda employ. I leased my first car (2013 Civic Hybrid) off them a year and a half ago after an exhaustive search at most of the dealerships around High Crossing. The reason I settled on Wilde wasn't just the price and my preference toward Hondas, but because of the level of trust I was able to gain for the people there. Unlike every other dealership I went to (specifically Toyota—what a nightmare), I didn't feel like these folks were trying to manipulate me into a sale. Brent Alexander (now in finance) is a great guy to work with. Same goes for Craig Fietzer, who just leased me my new 2015 Civic EX. These two guys, specifically, are personable to the level where you don't feel like you're getting "sold" so much as you're getting informed on a very honest level. That goes a long way with me. If you're looking to lease from Honda (that's all I've done), definitely ask for these two individuals. Top-notch employees, and the reason I'll keep coming back to this dealership. More

Cheryl, a service writer, was delightful in her enthusiasm and attitude. She got our car in ASAP and had us back on the road in about 30 minutes.
