Best experience spending money on maintenance ever! Typically, I'm not a fan of spending money on auto repairs and maintenance, but the uber-friendly staff at Wilde East Towne Honda have made me rethink Typically, I'm not a fan of spending money on auto repairs and maintenance, but the uber-friendly staff at Wilde East Towne Honda have made me rethink my position. Everyone has a smile on their face and has gone out of their way to help me and answer my questions. Even the nice woman who handled my payment came out to the waiting area to see if I was happy with the program on the television; most comfortable and amenable waiting area of any auto repair shop I have ever had to wait in, by the way. When everything was said and done, the repairs cost me less than expected. I have been here on three separate occasions now and every visit has been just as pleasant and inexpensive. Great job to Wilde East Towne Honda, Cheryl Batease, and the rest of the staff for making, what in the past with other repair shops had been a collection of agonizing experiences, a truly enjoyable visit. Did I mention that they're fast? More

While it took some time to land on the right pricing and financing scenario that worked for my single-mom-of-three budget, I must say I had an overall positive experience at Wilde East Towne Honda. I was looking for a minivan, and shopped around for several months on the internet and by visiting about 4 dealerships, doing test drives, looking at different models, etc. The excellent ratings on the Honda Odyssey is what drew me to your dealership, but in addition I found the professional, relaxed atmosphere of Wilde Honda and the excellent, no-pressure sales guidance of Conor Kuhnau to be another thing that ultimately led to my purchase of a new 2015 Honda Odyssey. Conor's follow-up and willingness to support after the sale, has also been excellent. I plan to keep coming back for service maintenance due to my positive impressions of the dealership as a whole. We found her to be very knowledgable, friendly and easy to work with too. I had the opportunity to meet with Cheryl Batease because of the work to be done on our new vehicle prior to us picking it up. She, also, was very friendly and helpful. Finally last night I had a message on my phone from Conor that we had forgotten our garage door opener in the vehicle we traded!
