Also had to remind salesman of details of my loan terms a few times. However, in the end, everyone bent over backwards to make it happen. I immediately had a very positive impression of your establishment. I am happy to say that Cheryl and I have established a wonderful friendship after bringing my car in several times. She is most knowledgeable and a very valuable asset to your dealership. I am certain that every customer likes her on their first visit. It is primarily because of my relationship with her that I bought my new car! I was waiting for my car to be serviced and started looking at the new cars, with no intention of buying one, I was particularly attracted to the one like I bought. Cheryl saw be looking and got Shae to meet with me. I cannot say enough good things about Shae! He is extremely personable, competent, believable, honest, caring and has the unique ability to relate in a very trustworthy manner. He is not at all pushy or overbearing like some salesmen I have met who immediately turn me off. Shae took his time in answering all my questions and explained all the details completely. I came back several times and he always appeared glad to see me. Shae has a great future as a wonderful salesman whom you are fortunate to have as an employee. I have several of his cards to give to anyone interested in a new Honda. Without a doubt he is the best car salesman I have had in all my years and I will recommend him to everyone! I was also very impressed with Eric who met with Shae and me several times. Eric is also a very personable, friendly and competent person in whom it was easy for me to establish trust. Obviously, he knows his responsibilities very well and was most supportive of Shae, not only as a salesman but also as a fine young man.
