It wasn't until AFTER we already purchased the van that he seemed concerned with me and my wife getting the best customer service possible. We arrived at the dealership mid-morning and Craig was quick to meet us and introduce himself. We told him what we were looking for and he quickly got all three vans ready for us to test drive with our family. There was no pressure or a forced ride along, so we were quickly able to narrow the choice to the van we wanted. Craig helped us get the initial paper work all squared away and got the show to work on a couple of quick maintenance items for us. Steve walked us through the rest of the paperwork and showed us all the options available including financing. He did a nice job without any pressure to pick something that we did not want or need. Buy afternoon we had our Honda Odyssey all set and ready for the ride home. I liked the dealership, and I liked how Craig and Steve handled our situation and family during the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will look again at them the next time we purchase a vehicle. More
