Most painless car purchase I have ever had. Shaun, Jose,(Bruno Mars) and Karen were great to work with. We really enjoyed our visit and purchase of our used Ridgeline. I gave a 4 for quality of work because some black putty used to seal a previous topper on the truck was not removed when we visited the first time and the remains of the putty were still there and not cleaned when we came for delivery of the vehicle the next day. Not a big deal to me. I just have to clean it myself. That in no way would change our overall view of Wilde. We definitely will come back here again! More

The used van that we purchased is in great condition for being 7 years old; the interior is amazing. The service that has accompanied the purchase has been outstanding. The sales representative (John DeVet) was very helpful and personable. He also inquired another associate (Shawn Stittleburg) for more information on our prospective purchase that was very specific to the vehicle. We were wondering how the Honda van would compare to a Toyota van and Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful. These two associates worked as a team throughout our experience and went the extra mile after the sale as well. I realized that the windshield had a crack in it, that I hadn't noticed before, and Shawn was willing to take care of it for me. This was pretty amazing! I have nothing but god things to say about the total experience. I look forward to future interactions with this dealership and free carwashes for the life of our vehicle is a great bonus. Their sales consultant, Velislav Deshev, responded to all of our questions and made certain that the car we were considering (and eventually purchased) met all of our needs. His knowledge of the various product lines and their features, as well as his effervescent enthusiasm and positive attitude, were greatly appreciated. Karen Hardrath, Willde’s Business Manager, was also extremely helpful in moving us quickly through all of the necessary paperwork. Several managers stopped by and greeted us during the process, and everyone we met was both friendly and helpful. Sean and Peter were both very friendly and had a sincere answer for all my questions. Neither of them had the stereotypical car salesman approach; they were completely genuine and honest. I'm actually currently at another dealership at this time with my boyfriend who is in the market for a car, and the salesman we're speaking to is not being as genuine and honest. At Wilde, I test drove 2 cars. Sean was not pushy when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the first car I'd driven; he already had the second one ready for me to try out. I loved that one and the entire process thereafter was quick and seamless. I'm very satisfied with my experience at Wilde East Towne Honda. If I'm ever looking for another car, that's where I'll go.
