I would have preferred the option of holding the car for purchase with a substantial down payment to avoid all the financing paperwork, but accept that a business may have a policy that doesn't allow that option. This was the third dealership/sales person we had met that day. I was the female in a male/female couple who was both the intended driver and the person writing the check. So I arrived at Wilde Honda in a pretty cranky mood, dreading the rest of the day. Syed met us in the lobby of the dealership, immediately acknowledged both of us, shaking our hands and asking our names. Throughout the process he kept us both involved in the conversation and treated me with respect. We also appreciated that he knew the features of each Honda car and potential competing vehicles in detail (we had done our research online before going out, and knew what he was saying was accurate). He made the overall process a relatively comfortable one. He and the manager of the dealership got some scratches on the vehicle fixed wonderfully before delivery. My husband had previously also had good experiences dealing with the parts department so we were happy to find out that good service is a consistent feature throughout the dealership. More
