We felt they bent over backwards to help us get to “our price that we had in mind.” I can honestly tell you that Allen fought for us and worked very hard not only for our business but to build a trusting relationship. The dealership had closed at 5pm that night and we did not leave until almost 9pm, but that was only b/c Allen is very dedicated to the service that he provides to his clients/customers. Allen had taken the extra time to personally program our cars for us and answer any silly questions that I may have had. I felt like we were treated as family and not just as a number or a sale. We walked away that night very happy and please with the attention and serviced we received. I would recommend anyone of my family and friends to Allen. He is a true asset to the Honda Family. More

I had been looking for a pre-owned Honda CR-V for several months. I found 2 at Wilde's that met my needs, so e-mailed, wondering if either car was still available. Jerry Ortega responded quickly to my e-mail and we spent most of Monday e-mailing questions, concerns, and pricing information. I drove up to Madison on Tuesday and the CR-V I had my eye on, was perfect for me. Jerry and Shawn continued working with me on Tuesday with payment issues that needed to be dealt with because I lived outside of the state of Wisconsin. Both were patient as we tried various options and were ultimately successful. I bought the car, love it, and Jerry and Shawn were wonderful to work with.
