It seems like with each purchase the experience gets better every time. He never disappoints, and always willing to help. He gets us the best price and deals available. Always works to get you in the right vehicle for your budget. Tony is very friendly and attentive when working with you. Noman was also very helpful and nice. He addressed my whole family, and not just me. Noman made sure to explain all paper work thoroughly, and helped to get my family and i into a price we were comfortable with. The over all experience was great, and makes me look foward to purchasing a 4th vehicle with Wilde toyota, and Tony Chang. More
Terrible Customer Service If I could give this place ZERO stars on this review I would. Run away from this place as fast as you can and never think of doing business with them! I had a horrible experience with this dealerships service department. They ended up costing me 500 dollars of my own money for damage they caused to my truck and refused to fix. My family and I had been loyal customers to this dealership for 30 plus years. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the years and always had gotten service done here. This all stops now and we will never ever come back for anything from them. The problems all began when I brought my truck in for new tires that cost over a thousand dollars. A large chunk of money I was willing to give to a dealership I had trusted at the time. I rarely use my truck since I have a car I use as my daily driver, so it's more of luxury vehicle I only use on weekends. I took my truck straight back to my garage after getting the new tires. One week later I pulled my truck out of the garage and noticed huge, deep scratches down the passenger side of the truck. It looked like the service tech had driven the truck into something or ran it across something to cause the damage. I immediately called Wilde Toyota and spoke to the service manager Mike Grecko. He told me to bring the truck in and he'd check out the damage. I brought he truck in and Mike took photos of the damage, said his IT department would have video/pics of what the truck looked like when it came in and when it left. He said he'd call me with the next steps they would take after he talked to his IT department. I waited a week and Mike never called me. I called him and he pretended he called me and left a voicemail. He never called me and it was a lie. Mike never produced any IT video or picture evidence of my truck when it came in and when it left and refused to take care of the damages they caused while the truck was in their care. I demanded to speak to his manager and he gave me the name of Scott Nugent. I called Scott and left a voicemail. Scott never returned my call. A week later Mike called me and said he wanted me to go to Abra Autobody to get an estimate for the damages to the truck and he would be in touch after he got the estimate from the autobody shop. Mike acted like they found something that showed the damages and he was finally going to take care of a loyal customer. Boy was I wrong to think this. A week later I called Mike to get an update and once again he claimed he called me and left a voicemail. I verified with him my correct number and he never called. Just another lie from him. This time Mike tells me they are not going to fix the damages. I was beyond livid that he and his dealership were continuing to waste my time and have me drive all over town for something they were never going to fix. I once again demanded to speak to his manager and this time he had me call Mary Dorty, who is in customer relations. I laid out the entire time line of events and she said she would be in touch after speaking to all sides. A week later Mary calls back and tells me they will not be taking care of the damages. I asked her what ever happened to the video and photos they were supposed to have showing the truck when it came in and came out. She just blew that off and refused to say anything other than they will not pay for the damages. I ended up having to run the damage through my personal insurance, pay a 500 deductible to the body shop and now see my insurance rates go up. I also wasted an entire month getting the run around from Wilde Toyota. They ended up doing absolutely nothing in the end. Between all of the vehicles my family bought and service we had done, we spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with this dealership. We were loyal customers, but never again. I recommend you steer clear of this place and do not give them a since cent of your money. More

Saw him the second day and he showed us additional options that were even better deals for what we were looking for. He definitely wanted to help us and not just push a car on us. He cared about what we wanted in a car, and did a great job helping us find the perfect fit. I would definitely recommend seeing him even if you have no idea what kind of car you are looking for. He can help you find the right fit for your life situation. More

Everyone that I have dealt with has been extremely helpful. Tommy Haynes was great!!! When I first encountered him, I explained that I had to have a car with a CD player. He found a 2016 Camry with very low miles and held it for me. It was a beautiful car and I am very pleased with it. I went back with a couple of minor questions and he immediately took care of them. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was well satisfied with the purchase. I would highly recommend him. Also, I have had a couple of dealings with Mike Grecco, the service manager. He also is willing to go the extra mile to insure that you are a satisfied customer. Very fine gentleman!! The only disappoint that I had, was when it came to the financing. There was a minor problem with the financing that I was pre-approved for, which was later resolved. But, the finance department at Wilde Toyota took it on themselves to apply on my behalf to several banks. Had I been informed of that, I would have said "No" and would have spoken to the credit union that had pre-approved my financing. The problem is that every time you apply for a loan, you take a hit on your credit rating. More

Rebecca Spitzer from Wilde Toyota was incredible to work with. She seemed concerned about what I was looking for and never pushed so I didn't feel pressured. That was important. I live 2 1/2 hours from Wilde Toyota but after following them for some weeks, they seemed to have the best deals and vehicle options. Though I found what I was looking for and on my way to Wilde last Tuesday, Rebecca called me to inform me that the Toyota Highlander I was coming to see had just been sold. I was committed to still check them out and to be honest was stuck in detours on I94 because of an active shooter. Once I arrived at Wilde Toyota, salesman James Shay bent over backward to help me find something new and different that I wanted and wasn't just trying to sell me a vehicle. We were pressed for time because I knew they were closing at 9pm and he personally followed the vehicle that I chose from start to finish including detailing it before I left while the entire time making sure that my daughter was comfortable. I realize I am starting to ramble but I can't say enough good things about this dealership and how I was treated by Rebecca, James and staff. I can sum it up by what my 9 year old daughter had said: Dad I like it here and Jamie is really nice. This is my favorite car. 2016 Toyota Highlander owner. More

The pricing was intriguing as it was discussed prior to me coming in for the test drive. Appointment was set and I test drove the car, great! Pricing was being negotiated on and needed some work. I was open to options until this manager which I don't recall his name stopped over to talk to me in front of Alex Neuburg. He was extra rude, pressing me about making a rapid decision, just lacking pure customer service and only wanted to draft pricing on the back of random piece of paper after I kept asking questions about the price sell sheet I initially saw. Seriously I even kept my composure until this manager walked away and Alex did apologize on his behalf stating he felt the vibe was not cool between me and this manager. What an overwhelming thing to experience. I don't regret the decision that I made not to purchase a vehicle from Wilde because the manger was acting Wild at Wilde. In hindsight a different manager should of helped with the consultation instead the sale was lost. When Alex called for the follow up I did inform I was no longer interested and took my business to another dealership. This other dealership was more willing to work with me on my on terms. Laters.
