Happy with Sales Staff, not so much with Finance staff We bought our Chrysler Pacifica from Wilde Toyota and was very happy with the vehicle and buying process up until the financing portion. When we were We bought our Chrysler Pacifica from Wilde Toyota and was very happy with the vehicle and buying process up until the financing portion. When we were going through the different packages that were offered (i.e., extended warranties, service coupons, etc), we prepaid for the first 60K services. However, we were not told that the coupons were for every 6,000 miles, even though the recommended service from Chrysler is every 5,000 miles. We ended up getting coupons for 10 service appointments for the first 60,000 miles even though Chrysler recommends having 12 service appointments during this time frame. More
