We told him when we would be picking up the vehicle and he had all the paperwork ready to go. He patiently spent over 2 hours that evening showing us all the ins and outs of our new vehicle, how to work the controls, the self parking features, all the settings, etc. Never once did we feel hurried or afraid to ask a question. He was able to answer all our questions immediately and efficiently.
