Best first car buying experience! As a young woman, buying a car is a scary thing. You walk on the lot and get bombarded by salesman, trying to sell you cars that you truly know nothing about. Although, my experience at wilde was the exact opposite. Due to my fathers previous sale with Jeff Siedner, we knew we'd stick with Wilde when looking for a used car for me. As soon as we arrived, a sales man approached us, but was glad to guide us towards our preferred sales man without hard feelings. Once we located the recommended Kevin Nelson, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Kevin was understanding of our budget, yet knew that my fathers interests were in the best safety and functionalities for me as a young woman. Kevin did anything he could to help us, including test driving, explaining in detail the vehicles i was looking at, and deciding back and forth between two cars (which i can imagine is frustrating for a salesman). Long story short, I left the lot that night with a new to me used car, in my budget, within my payment range, and the exact requirements i wanted and needed, within just a few hours. Paperwork went smoothly, and the financial department was quite helpful. I can guarantee that i will be a Wilde customer for as long as i buy toyotas, and i will ask for Jeff Siedner, or Kevin Larson each time. Now i know that as a single young woman, car buying is truly not as scary as i thought it was. More

Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. The service rep said it would only an hour. That will be the last time I go to Wilde for service. More
Fantastic Service I went into this dealership not really knowing what me and my girlfriend wanted to buy, upon arriving, Kevin introduced himself to us, gave us his car I went into this dealership not really knowing what me and my girlfriend wanted to buy, upon arriving, Kevin introduced himself to us, gave us his card, then left us alone. He didn't hover over our back's, breathing as if he smelt a sale in the air. We found one we liked, and we were able to take it home for the night. I will admit, we did head to a few dealerships that night, not with the car of course, and we were greeted with aggressiveness and rudeness the entire night. The fact we got to keep the car over night allowed us to make a decision that we wanted that car. When we arrived back at the dealership, everything was easy, Kevin made us feel at home, and that often awkwardness when trying to buy something from a dealer wasn't there. Kevin made it feel like we were his friends, and even if he didn't get a sale from us he still would have treated us the same way. Anthony the finance manager was outstanding, he covered everything, made us feel at ease with the new car, as well as made sure we got the best coverage and payment options. His personality is definitely one to become a store manager and leader some day. He too made us feel at home, as if we were his friends, well we did exchange phone numbers due to a mutual interest. The process for financing was easy, and swift. The dealer offers a lot of intensives to buy a car from them. I am not a Toyota fan boy, nor would I really ever own one, I'm one of those USA USA USA people, but, the experience here would definitely lead me to buying a Toyota from this dealer in the future. As for the Mazda 6 we got, it is fantastic! So nice in fact, that we will be taking up Wilde Toyota on their free car wash offer to make sure the salt stays off it's un-rusted body this winter. More

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MANY YEARS Yesterday (10/21/16) was my first visit to your dealership at 3225 S. 108 St. and my first dealership to look for a used small SUV. I had seen a Jeep that you had online/Autotrader and I decided to check it out on my way home from medical appointment I just had. Upon my arrival, I was met outside by Mr. Kevin Nelson. Being that in the past I have been an Employment Manager many years followed by 20 years in Real Estate selling new homes, I am quick to decide if the sales person is good or not. Mostly if they LISTEN TO MY WANTS AND NEEDS. I knew in short order I had hit the jack pot with Mr. Nelson. He is the type of salesperson you want to work with, unlike the kind you would like to run from, the minute you meet him. I knew he was there to help me find the perfect car to fit my needs, which were: Due to my neck problems and my husbands leg problems, the ease of getting in & out on both sides, ease of using the hatch back door, 4 wheel drive, gas mpg and price of the vehicle. He really listened to my needs and when the car I came to see was not going to meet ALL of my needs he was quick to show me one that did. Right there after he had it pulled out for me, to take it on a test drive and even offered for me to take it and pick up my husband at home and drive around if I wanted. PERFECT! I have been driving a large SUV but no longer need that seeing I am no longer pulling a travel trailer or for that matter, taking long trips. I do all the driving. Kevin is professional and relates well to his customer. Knowledgeable and also fast to get answers when needed. You have a 10 STAR salesman that you can be very proud of! I will be sure to send him referrals. I have bought many cars over the years but I will say I have never bought one on my first stop/look see and needless to say Kevin helped make that happen. No need for hard core closing when properly meeting the needs of the customer the closing is there, and in my book Kevin is #1! Thank you for the pleasant experience and my "Lil Red" (her new name).
