Honest, Knowledgeable and Helpful Service Within just a few minutes of meeting Jeff Fuchs in the parking lot I could tell that he was not only a knowledgeable salesman, but also a man of good Within just a few minutes of meeting Jeff Fuchs in the parking lot I could tell that he was not only a knowledgeable salesman, but also a man of good character. Having spent an entire day purchasing my 2012 Toyota Sienna from him I could tell that his motivation for closing the deal was in doing so honestly and without leaving any unanswered questions. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about cars and really cares about the quality of what he is selling. He personally saw to it that my vehicle was detailed to my liking, and did much of the work with his own hands when he could have been meeting with other customers after my deal was closed. Jeff also put my car up on a lift and introduced me to one of their master certified technicians who walked me through the quality of my vehicle. Most importantly, it seemed that Jeff really wanted me to be happy with my purchase, and he made certain I was by the time I drove away. I visited a dozen other dealers over the past three months looking for the right vehicle and I can say that of all the salesmen I met, Jeff was the most genuine, and gave me zero pressure to buy anything. He did not rush through anything, and he respected me as a customer and an individual. John Morgan helped me with financing and was both personable and flexible. He helped me get the warranties I needed and made sure I got the best rates possible. I feel fortunate he was the finance person I got paired up with. More

Wilde a Big Disappointment After Long Drive I had explained to Wilde's staff that I was making the drive from Madison and wanted to know up front the condition of the used Matrix. Upon arriving, I had explained to Wilde's staff that I was making the drive from Madison and wanted to know up front the condition of the used Matrix. Upon arriving, I viewed a car that had many significant scratches down to the paint and some rust on the body. The interior smelled of a smoker and had many burn wholes in the seat cushions both front and back. The car had obviously not had any detailing done. The car did seem to drive well for a base Matrix with no power doors, windows or mirrors, but the asking price was way too high for the condition and features of the vehicle. The sales person appeared nervous and somewhat sheepish over the vehicle's condition. No offer was made to find me something else. Having driven 75 miles with my family to see the car, I was very disappointed in what Wilde had to offer. I have since purchased a 2009 Vibe with a far better body, perfect interior, no rust, and s cheaper price. More
