Good Deal I went in on a Saturday to see a Rav4 that I saw online. When I arrived Jamie brought the car up and sent me on my way on a test drive. When I came ba I went in on a Saturday to see a Rav4 that I saw online. When I arrived Jamie brought the car up and sent me on my way on a test drive. When I came back I walked the lot to see the other options they had and ended up falling in love with another Rav4. I had to go back to finalize everything but in the end it was worth it. He was happy to correspond with us on his day off, and was accommodating about all our questions and scheduling issues. He seemed genuinely interested in learning about our needs and concerns, and in seeing we got the car deal we wanted. He encouraged us to take the car home overnight so we could get a better feel for it. This was helpful in our decision making. It was the perfect 'soft' sell. (I don't really know the lingo but it sounds right.) I give a thumbs up to Johnnie was well. He handled our finances and paperwork efficiently and with warm humor. In fact, all the staff were extremely friendly and supportive. We were impressed. We highly recommend Wilde. More

5th vehicle from Wilde in our family!!! I've been around dealerships for a while, and I even briefly worked for a local competitor to Wilde. I went to 3 other Toyota dealerships, one local, I've been around dealerships for a while, and I even briefly worked for a local competitor to Wilde. I went to 3 other Toyota dealerships, one local, one in the Madison area, and another in the Chicago region, and I dealt with uneasy pressuring and one extremely rude salesman in Madison. This lead me to come back home to Wilde to strike the deal I wanted on a similar vehicle. I was treated better here, and there's a reason my parents and I always come back. The quality of my sales and finance guys (Gary Thao and Phil Lo) are top notch. I received honest answers and had requests fulfilled (double check fluids again) to ease my mind. I never felt a single bit of pressure or hostility towards me from anyone. Gary was great in keeping in touch with me in the 2 weeks it took for my vehicle to be ready, and Phil was very thorough during the finance process. My next new or used Toyota will be from Wilde, and that's for sure. More

I got a very friendly salesman, who although admitted to be fairly new at his job, was able to I had an overall good experience with this dealership. I got a very friendly salesman, who although admitted to be fairly new at his job, was able to make me and my husband feel that he cared about our car buying experience. I did feel that at times he was a little "pushy" trying to persuade me to buy my dream vehicle, and I first looked at it understanding the anxiety that can come along with any new job, but then his boss seemed to try to do the same, which if it wouldn't have been the car I really wanted, it would have totally thrown me off. My advice to them is that along with treating people nicely, the only thing you can work on it's getting as much knowledge as you can on the products you are selling so you can present people facts about the advantages of the vehicle and therefore help a customer feel they are making a good decision based on that rather than making them feel like a car is "trying to be sold" to them. That is what builds trust. If you are in the business just to make quick numbers, then customer satisfaction will never be your number one priority. Anyways, they were pleasant and easy to work with and I did get a car I love at the payments rate I wanted, so I think they did a good job, but could maybe work on what was mentioned above. More

Their sales consultant Jamie Shay was the most helpful and friendly person I have ever worked with to date. He showed me several Rav4's and pointed out all the important advantages. My wife and I showed up late Friday, and Jamie gave up a supper with his wife to help us find the Rav4 we wanted. Thank you very much !! More
