We literally bumped into Jamie at the door and he offered to help. After bringing the car around to show us and then asking a few questions, he promptly directed us to other vehicles that he thought might better meet our needs. Within an hour we had identified a Highlander that was much more suited to us - and a great deal. Over the next few days we exchanged brief phone calls to ask/answer questions. He was always so courteous and very focused on OUR needs as buyers. When my husband returned to arrange the purchase, Jamie was able to get a better deal on our trade-in and assisted us in getting the windshield replaced due to a crack that could not be repaired and that had gone unnoticed by all during the purchase process.
