Jamie was Great! I just got home with my new-to-me Toyota Sienna and couldn't be happier. Just yesterday I spent over three hours at another dealership playing the us I just got home with my new-to-me Toyota Sienna and couldn't be happier. Just yesterday I spent over three hours at another dealership playing the used car sales waiting game just to come home with my crappy old car and two tired kids. Today I found Wilde Toyota, walked in, and JAMIE SHAY took care of the rest. He kept me informed the entire time making sure I new where we were at in the purchase process. Even after the deal was done he came out and showed me features that I missed because he new they would be useful to me and my family. His excellent service and ability to connect with me as a father of two trying to take care of my family has motivated me to write this glowing review, not because i have to but because I want to. Terrible Experience My entire experience here from start to finish was very disappointing. When I arrived the car I was interested in was not there and I waited quite a l My entire experience here from start to finish was very disappointing. When I arrived the car I was interested in was not there and I waited quite a long time to actually test drive it, meanwhile I was pushed to move forward with it while my sales consultant made no attempt to work within my budget. The lack of communication between the sales consultant and manager and me as a customer was horrible and I never felt appreciated as a paying customer. Instead, I was insulted for shopping in their "super budget center" as they called it and was treated like an inconvenience. When attempting to find out what my status in the buying process was, I was directed and redirected, transferred and disconnected before I finally got any answers. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication as well as the disrespect I was treated with. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, though I've previous even owned Toyotas. More

He was great in working within the constraints I had and helping me find a car that fit all of my desired attributes without pushing me to view any cars I wasn't interested in. The whole experience was really enjoyable going through Joseph and the next time I buy a car I would go out of my way to find him again. I would recommend Joseph to anyone. More
