Over the weekend we were unable to get the headlights to shut off due to a faulty computer panel. I called Joe Pappalardo first thing on Monday morning and was able to get it in for service that day. In the past three years, we have purchased three vehicles from Wilde Toyota, and from day one, the service department has been absolutely outstanding. We have dealt with Joe numerous times and as always, he delivered fantastic customer service. Because the new electrical panel had to be ordered and the service department needed to keep the car overnight, Joe graciously provided a rental vehicle to us free of charge. Within minutes, a rep from Enterprise was at the dealership with the rental. As promised, the work on our car was complete by early the next morning, and I was able to pick it up before 9:00. Joe was a pleasure to work with - he answered my many questions patiently and truly went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and was very well taken care of. He addressed all of our concerns and took the time to help us find the right vehicle in our price range. Last spring when we were looking to replace my husband's car, we remembered the awesome service Rob gave us, and again he was able to find us a fantastic deal on a used Corolla. Though we were not expecting to be buying another car again quite so soon, our son was involved in an accident earlier this summer - the oldest of our three cars (also a Toyota) was totaled in the accident and we needed to find a replacement vehicle quickly. Our budget was much more limited this time around, but again Rob delivered and found us a great used vehicle at a price that we were comfortable with. I will be the first to admit that I absolutely hate the idea of buying a car - before we found Rob, our car buying experiences at other dealerships were less than stellar, but Rob always made us feel comfortable and there was never any pressure to buy. Rob is an absolute pleasure to work with - extremely personable and professional, and always very prompt to return phone calls and messages. Rob Davis We purchased my daughter's first used car. We negotiated a fair price and a few problems were scheduled to be repaired after the sale. The car had starter issues. I spoke with Rob and he scheduled an appointment to drop the car off and have it looked at. He told me he wasn't sure if there would be any costs to me but he would do all he could to make my daughter's first car experience a positive one and gave us a loaner so she could get to her new job. Well less than 48 hours later the vehicle has a new starter, new relay, 2 new tires and full tank of gas. No additional charge and he took care of us on his day off!!! I work with salespeople everyday. Rob is truly an honest caring person who represents Wilde Toyota excellently and really does want you to have a GREAT experience!!! More
