Had a very difficult problem to diagnose - a dashboard rattle in a new vehicle. Rattle was intermittent and seemed to be coming from monitor or heating vents in middle of dash. I tried finding root caus rattle in a new vehicle. Rattle was intermittent and seemed to be coming from monitor or heating vents in middle of dash. I tried finding root cause for three months without success. Left car at dealership and service foreman found it was garage door opener vibrating against the driver visor. It was a very annoying noise and I was extremely grate he found the answer. More

I have the best service representative. He listens and is an excellent communicator. A credit to customer service. Every time I need air in tires the guys are friendly and helpful. We would have pick a lot more options if given the choice, I thought all the options came with an XLE and not the bare minimum.
