I viewed a Ford Explorer, Honda Pilot, Hyundai Santa Fe and a Toyota Highlander. I was at the end of my search, visited 4 car dealers, had difference experiences when I met Komi Senaya. I was already upset about another Toyota dealership that did not even took me serious. I wanted to choose between Honda & Toyota. Komi gave me the impression of being one of his favorite costumers. Right from the beginning he had no doubt that he would find a car for me that fits my family needs, for the price I was willing to pay. And he did! I was impressed by his relaxed and warming personality. He did not give up and even let me drive the car home to make sure I was satisfied! It was an excellent experience. I would have rated even higher if the dealer ship itself would have been as great as Komi but I think they can still learn from him. When he wasn't available I was standing at the front desk for more than 20 min. and told 5 different people the reason for my visit (I bought already the car and got promised some body work and a second key!). Everyone listened, disappeared and did not show up again! Nobody really seemed interested in my problems because I already purchased the car. Vicky Sylvester was my agent for the financial part. She was at all times as excellent and polite as Komi. It was a pleasure to work with her. She explained every detail. Only problem: I got promised a 74 month pay plan (we included a warranty!) that got denied by the lender because it is only allowed to finance for 72 month. Now I have to pay extra $1000 out of my pocket which was not our original promise. That was a disappointment but I know it was not Vicky's mistake because she double checked with her supervisor! DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU PROMISE SOMETHING! More

Keslin was very organized and prepared when we arrived for an appointment. we called ahead but did not expect to have 3 cars warmed up and ready for us to drive. I came into the dealership on a very busy Saturday afternoon, March 9th. I was greeted by service advisor Jonathan Regalado within a few minutes, who greeted me with a smile and asked how could he hel afternoon, March 9th. I only came in for a burnt out headlight bulb and was told that it would be about 35 minutes, which I thought would be fine considering how busy it was. Much to my surprise, I was done in less than a half hour! The cashier that took care of me was Dawn Rosewitz. Like Jonathan, Dawn greeted me with a warm friendly smile, made sure I had all the correct paperwork, correct car, keys, etc, and even she showed me where my car had been parked. Dawn went above and beyond my expectations of a cashier, making a perfect ending to a quick and pleasant visit to the dealership. It was nice to see that Dawn was acting like she was stressed out from a busy afternoon, frowning, or not wanting to be at work. Dawn was very nice and seemed very happy to help! More

Robbie Rouse is a pressure salesmen. I had to go back a few times between the finance guy and him about the price because he pushed me to sign papers. He wouldnt work with me on the price at all. He also told me the grinding with the breaks was the ABS because the roads were wet when really is was "lot rot". The car was not detailed when I went to pick it up so I had to wait. I also had to go back the next day to have service done but I had a great experience with the service center. They were very helpful, pleasant, explained everything and were fast. More

After a quite extensive online search through Wilde Toyota's plentiful pre-owned inventory, I set up an appointment with Rob to test drive a Certified, Pre-Owned Toyota Camry. Upon my arrival, he had the car at the front, warmed up, running, and ready to go... Three visits to Rob later... I am now the happy owner of a Certified, Pre-Owned Toyota Camry. Rob patiently and enthusiastically worked with me to find the right car that fit my needs and budget, always making sure it was a comfortable process for me along the way. For that, I am truly thankful. I came in reluctantly, but left feeling like I made a new friend. More
