We really do love Wilde Toyota! First, Dino Baker has been very helpful in helping us select our last 3 Toyotas. I love that you don't need an appointment for oil changes, tire rotation, and routine maintenance. In all the time I have been bringing my cars there, I am always seen and my car serviced, in a timely manner. Even when I have been told it might be a bit longer wait, that has not been the case. Other dealships we have dealt with can schedule an oil change and then still have you spend 2 hours waiting for your oil change to be done. Wilde also offers frequent, convenient shuttle rides which have helped me out a time or two also. I feel this dealership offers professional service, fair pricing, and an overall outstanding experience for car owners. More

Robbie was amazing! I came looking for a Toyota Matrix to just test drive to see if I liked it better than the Honda Fit, and ended up buying it! He jumped through hoops to get us a good deal on our dream car. We we in a crunch for time and Jamie took it upon himself to see that we got out of there with our new car in as little time as possible. What shocked us the most....he actually called us to follow up. Most dealers are done when you leave the lot. My experience at Wilde Toyota was great up to the point when I had to meet with the Finance Manager. He was very condescending and I did not appreciate what he thought was humor. Another smirking comment he said was when he asked me why did I not finance through them and I proceeded to say because I was financed already. He said "to each their own". Through out the conversation it was found that we had children who attended the same school at some point. I believe he thought I had said that they still attended. Towards the end when we finished finalizing the paperwork he congratulated us and said "Next time don't waste your time coming here, just go to the family night". The reason I'm telling you this is because I felt like he was belittling my purchase. I did not appreciate all his comments even if he thought they were humorous in any manner. I worked hard to get a loan and unfortunately what I got is what I was able to afford. Now about PHIL LO.......... I absolutely LOVED him. He was sensitive to what we were looking for. He worked with our price and I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. It was bitter sweet to depart from him (we had been at this car stuff for about 5 days) and I truly wish him nothing but success. Hes a great salesperson and he will listen to your needs and do ANYTHING to accommodate your requests. More

Phil Lo is such an excellent and knowledgeable salesman. He was extremely patient as he worked with us to figure out what car would be the best fit for me.
