My experience at Wilde Toyota was great up to the point when I had to meet with the Finance Manager. He was very condescending and I did not appreciate what he thought was humor. He made it a point to mention that I had traveled thus far to get "this car". Another smirking comment he said was when he asked me why did I not finance through them and I proceeded to say because I was financed already. He said "to each their own". Through out the conversation it was found that we had children who attended the same school at some point. I believe he thought I had said that they still attended. Towards the end when we finished finalizing the paperwork he congratulated us and said "Next time don't waste your time coming here, just go to the family night". The reason I'm telling you this is because I felt like he was belittling my purchase. I did not appreciate all his comments even if he thought they were humorous in any manner. I worked hard to get a loan and unfortunately what I got is what I was able to afford. Now about PHIL LO.......... I absolutely LOVED him. He was sensitive to what we were looking for. He worked with our price and I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. It was bitter sweet to depart from him (we had been at this car stuff for about 5 days) and I truly wish him nothing but success. Hes a great salesperson and he will listen to your needs and do ANYTHING to accommodate your requests. More

I went to Wilde Toyota to immediately be greeted by Chris Meyer. I had a list of vehicles I wanted to look at and he was able to find them for me quickly. Chris got both vehicles ready for me to test drive, and I really like the fact that I was able to test them out by myself. Often times with the sales person in the car with you, I feel more nervous. I originally chose the 2009 Toyota Camry, but in the middle of the process I changed my mind and decided I really wanted the 2010 Toyota Corolla instead. Even though the camry was already cleaned and ready to go, Chris supported my decision to change my mind. I am very pleased with my experience at Wilde Toyota, and more over I would definitely recommend Chris Meyer to anyone looking for a vehicle. I look forward to working with Chris Meyer in the future. As soon and we stepped on the lot Kevin helped us with great enthusiasm and was committed to looking for what I wanted. Although exactly what i had in mind was not in stock I was able to find an amazing great enthusiasm and was committed to looking for what I wanted. My wife and I agree that we were very pleased with his service and will recommend him to our friends. Anthony Smith was informative about the various services available, but very formal. He did respond to a number of our questions (purpose of glass etching) and challenges ($100 charge for an oil change on a Hybrid?) and we were able to develop an acceptable service agreement with which we are very pleased. During the entire process I felt as if David and Wilde Toyota wanted to do all they could to make sure I was able to drive off the lot with vehicle that was far more reliable than my current vehicle. I wasn't looking for all the bells and whistles on the pre-owned car I planned on purchasing, but I was fortunate to get a few on a reliable well-made car that had below average mileage for being a 2004.
