On April 9th, 2011 I took my Rav4 to the dealership for an oil change, bumper to bumper check and to have a slow leak on my rear driver side tire checked/fixed. When I arrived Ken welcomed me and he was ve an oil change, bumper to bumper check and to have a slow leak on my rear driver side tire checked/fixed. When I arrived Ken welcomed me and he was very friendly. He was able to them conduct the bumper to bumper check and the oil change. However the tire could not be fixed it had to be replaced along with the other tires due to wear and tear. I explained to him that I was not interested in making the purchase at the time of my visit and he was able to provide me with additional pricing information and warranty. Khamsy was very nice from the beggining. The first truck we looked at together was too expensive but he went out and found a truck in my price range and we made a deal. Very quick and efficient. I went in for an oil change and for service on a seat belt that would not detract back into its holder. The service writer fiddled with the seat belt before my work order was e and for service on a seat belt that would not detract back into its holder.
