Started out on the used car side and was treated rudely and abruptly by the salesman(didn't even get his name). Once we mentioned that we might be looking to buy a new car he completely lost interest with and abruptly by the salesman(didn't even get his name). Once we mentioned that we might be looking to buy a new car he completely lost interest with us and told us to talk to the new car guys. We then walked to the new car lot and were browsing when we were met by Jordan Arsnow. Jordan went out of his way to answer our questions and concerns. We didn't end up purchasing a car but Jordan is everything I look for at a dealership. He is personable, professional and very knowledgeable. A definite 2 thumbs up! More

Sadly I have to redo my former review of Jim and of this dealership!~ We are now going with a totally different brand- picking up my sons new car this week- Jim had told us that the car may be in by July bu dealership!~ We are now going with a totally different brand- picking up my sons new car this week- Jim had told us that the car may be in by July but most likely August- when I checked in this week I got a text out of the blue that it will be at least another 3 months- it was stated as if I had ever heard that November was a possibility for a Corolla Cross- I had not and neither had my son- Toyota is offering no financing on this car and Jim mentioned a certain credit union to look into- when I mentioned that we did he then said they can "match rates"- of course the new collage grad $500 is only good if you finance thru them- Jim then tried to talk us in to a sedan when we were clear that we only wanted a small SUV!~As with all things- this happened for a reason as the car my son is getting is a much better value with great dealer financing- I will not go back to Toyota again....
