Negotiations are a given, giving both internal and external customers anxiety. However, after all is said and done, commitments made, for a dealership not to accept outside lending baffles me. This dealer would have received a great conditioned car to sell on the lot, while at that, making another sale, but refused to accept my outside lending to close the deal. The passive aggressiveness of their tactics fall short and they need to revisit how the sell cars to consumers. More
