So far so good- we are on a waiting list for a new 2023 Corolla Cross for my son- his first big purchase- new college grad- we went to Hyndai and also Subaru and the sales ppl were not great- really bad at Corolla Cross for my son- his first big purchase- new college grad- we went to Hyndai and also Subaru and the sales ppl were not great- really bad at Hyndai and just strange at Subaru- Jim was calm, honest and knew his stuff- plus we actually were able to test drive the car we wanted to buy(not the case at Subaru) and did not have to have a sales person with us(like Hyndai!)- we even cancelled our test drive of an HRV to stick with the Cross- in part- due to Jim- we are now waiting for the call/email that our car is in!!!! Highly reccomend! More

We called Wilde about a used Toyota truck we were interested in yesterday. We liked the vehicle and offered to buy it sight unseen. The Sales person said they do not do that we would have to drive do interested in yesterday. We liked the vehicle and offered to buy it sight unseen. We live 3.5 hours away so we called back this morning and I was given his word by Eli that he would call if anyone was looking at the truck so we could turn around. We arrived at Wilde at 12:30 and were told "Oh we are so sorry but we sold it 40min ago.. We took a day off of work and drove 3-1/2 hours to see this vehicle and they are unwilling to commit to an appointment for us to come and look at it. We were willing to make a deposit or even to buy the vehicle sight unseen and they are so hungry to make a buck that they were not willing to hold it for 3 hours. I would never consider doing business with these people and if you are reading this I would recommend you find another dealer!! More
