David Olguin is the best, honest and friendly service manager at Wilde Toyota. He explained everything to me and was not trying to charge me for any unnecessary services. He explained that I didn't need the oil change because my maintenance light came on and I could wait till the 10,000 miles for the oil change. His honesty won me over and I will definitely call to make sure he is working before I go back for any service. Wilde Toyota managers you should have him train all your service managers! I did not need that $60 oil change today, but I trust him to come back for the Coolant Flush and Transmission Flush when my miles reach 90,000. Thank you David Olguin! More

They lied to my face through the whole experience. Took out the floor mats when I bought the car and when I asked if they came with them, they lied to my face and said it didn’t. This place is horrible. Save your money and go somewhere else! More
